1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PeakPOS platform operated by Pinpoint POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
PeakPOS provides a cloud-based point-of-sale platform including transaction processing, inventory management, staff management, and reporting tools for retail businesses.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing the sale of age-restricted products.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinpoint POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to Peak POS SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. You understand that:
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or account registration.
- Message frequency varies. Account notifications are sent as events occur. Marketing messages are sent no more than 4 times per month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

Peak POS and its carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to network conditions or device issues.
